WHO?

Movement Class is for everyone! No experience necessary. It is available to all ages and all skill levels. The material can be scaled down for beginners or scaled up for those with more experience. Kids under 16 are free.

Movement Class is a practice, which means the exercises must be repeated in order to gradually improve over time.

MEET YOUR TEACHER

Class is taught by Philip Shepherd, a 500-hour Advanced Yoga Teacher and Arkansas native whose physical practice has evolved to include aspects of gymnastics, martial arts, climbing and dance. Inspired largely by the Ido Portal Method, Philip combines pieces of these practices into a dynamic and general movement practice meant to challenge the practitioners’ mental and physical relationship to what it means to be “fit”. When he’s not working his day job as the Rehab Director for Thrive Wellness Center, Philip is usually either training or spending time with his fiancé Hannah and his two dogs Dash and Ozzy at their new home in Farmington, AR.
